Simple Teriyaki Sauce

I had a craving for Japanese food AND an open bottle of beer just lying around soooo...

Mix a 1:1 ratio of beer to shouyu (soy sauce) and add about 1 tablespoon of sugar for each cup of sauce. Add about 1 tablespoon each of ginger and garlic to the mix and that's your marinade for either chicken or veggies. Marinade for at least 3 hours or overnight. Stir fry the chicken/veggies and serve over rice.

soo simple and a good way to use up old beer :-)
